These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of itsrealbig.com and any related pages, products, services, coaching sessions, events, and communications (collectively, the "Services") operated by Big Sports Inc., doing business as ItsRealBig ("ItsRealBig," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a session, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, create an account, or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Health, Supplement & Medical Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-delivery plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at sign-up, until you cancel.

Subscription prices and discounts may change with notice.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

8. Returns & Refunds

9. Coaching, Training Sessions & Bookings

If you book a coaching or training session:

Sessions are subject to availability and the booking, rescheduling, and cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking.

Assumption of risk: Physical training and exercise carry inherent risks of injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits. You should obtain medical clearance before beginning any training program.

Coaching guidance is general fitness information and is not medical advice.

10. Events

Information about competitions and events (such as the Iron Philly Classic and related event brands) is provided for convenience. Separate terms, registrations, fees, and waivers may apply and are governed by the organizer of each event.

11. Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, your participation is governed by the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy, including message frequency, message and data rates, and how to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

12. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant ItsRealBig a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing. You represent that your content is accurate, that you own or have rights to it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including logos, trademarks, product names, text, graphics, images, and formulations — is owned by or licensed to ItsRealBig and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

14. Prohibited Uses

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
